Wicklow hurling has received a massive boost after the spate of recent retirements, Wicklow GAA had announced that Eamon Scallan has added Kilkenny legend Eoin Larkin to his coaching ticket.

We are unsure how familiar Eoin Larkin is with how we operate things in the Garden County but every coaching member is obliged to tog out just in case and having 8 All Ireland’s and 2 All Stars doesn’t make you exempt so Eoin we look forward to see you picking up the breaks under Eamon Kearns and taking a hands on approach should the need arise which it will and as much as Tipperary secretly wished to see you in the blue and gold they now will and won’t it suit you lovely!!

Credit where it’s due this appointment is a master stroke and shows great intent to progress hurling in the county so a huge well done to all involved.
