Key Moment: Well my view on the game is we probably lost it in the first 15 minutes as we gave St Pats a 5 point head start before we started to hurl. The second half was even score wise at 7 points each but we hit a few sloppy wides especially around the time we got back to within a point.

Key Score: Paul Gahan’s goal really lifted us and we hurled really well coming up to half time.

Best Score: Geroid Murphy’s point from a side line cut was the score of the match.

Avondale Man Of The Match: Hard to pick Avondale’s man of the match as we had some great displays but I will say young Zac Cullen making his senior debut is going to be some player.

Post Match Reflection: We had the Fiddler and Shane Byrne out injured so we aren’t far away. Very disappointed we lost but showed we are more than capable of competing at senior level…
