Alan Miley – Schools International Athletics Games Silver Medalist

Massive Congratulations to St Kevin’s Community College student Alan Miley who is came home from Swansea today with a Silver Medal he won at the Schools International Athletics Games while representing Ireland 🇮🇪

Alan was also selected to be the Boys Captain for these Games which is a amazing honour to be given while representing your country and just shows the high regard the Irish Athletics coaches have for Alan.

Well done Alan on claiming yet another International medal while representing St Kevin’s Community College in Dunlavin.

It’s just another in a long list of huge achievements by the talented young Dunlavin man as here’s one of his other past achievements showing just what a bright prospect he really is

Dunlavin’s Alan Miley Representing Ireland in SIAB Schools International in Grangemouth Scotland Claims Bronze Medal

Young Dunlavin 400m Hurdling Sensation Alan Miley represented Ireland in the SIAB Schools International over in Scotland as part of a strong Irish team.

Alan proudly represented his school St Kevin’s in the 400m hurdles and had many proud school friends roaring him on along with many proud teammates from St Nicholas where he has become a very accomplished footballer. All of Dunlavin and County Wicklow were behind this talented young athlete as he took on the 400m Hurdles in Glasgow.

Alan was a serious contender for a medal as he had already taken home a Gold, Silver and Bronze medal from his three events representing Leinster in the Tailteann Games in Santry.
